Wellness and Benefits and Services.

Health and Wellness category includes:

Facts, a resource that allows members to conduct

provider directories

Prescription
drug formularies.
Under
the Benefits and Services list, members can update
their account information, pay healthcare bills
online, manage their HSAs, question claims, learn
how to send a complaint, obtain their online health
records, read medical policies and download commonly
used forms.
